"This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. "Nice stay, and pool - even if the apartment was in worse condition than expected. For example it dripped from the ceiling the first night and we could see on the ceiling that it was an occasional damage. We solved it with a towel on the floor where it dripped.
Very central place to stay, in San Juan. Ok price overall.
Breakfast was toast and coffee. A little juice and a slightly larger selection of spreads for the toast will help a family with children like ours."

"The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. "

"The Doubletree is located in the Condado neighbourhood but not in an especially charming setting. The Asford avenue, however, is only 5 minutes walk away and the vibrant Santurce area is also close. A taxi to old town will cost you 20 USD, and Uber 12-15. As a plus - if you need to buy groceries etc. - there is a mayor supermarket just in front of the hotel. "Our stay at Ola Boutique was amazing! The staff, the area, the overall look and feel of the hotel were a whole vibe. I cannot state enough how amazing the staff was! Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open.
