"The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood.The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

"This home is the perfect distance to game days, conferences and anything B/CS has to offer. Our family was in town for a cattle show so having a washer and dryer and detergent supplied was a huge plus. The bright and clean interior was a welcome respite at the end of the day. We will definitely be back to enjoy this quiet and tastefully decorated home!"

"Very unique property with great access to the university and other amenities! The place was well stocked, host was responsive, and stay was terrific! The bedroom/bathroom layout is very functional but maybe not ideal but everything else about our stay was excellent! We loved the outdoor spaces!"
