"The location was wonderful. Many reasonably priced restaurants with delicious food that were close enough to walk to. Including spots for coffee and quick breakfast. The mattresses and pillows were some of the best that we have ever stayed on. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area on the Deck was great to hang out on. "Great size apartment. Good location. We felt that for the money we expected it to be in pristine condition. Needs renovated. Water issues apparent throughout, in the bathroom, master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom needs finished off. Clean the outdoors leading off the deck. Just needs a deep cleaning and some TLC for the money you charge. Getting out of the parking area is also a bit dangerous if there are three cars. Would have been nice to have at least a roll of paper towels to start...

"It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. "

"Great location and value. I have stayed at this property before. Looks as though there are still some exterior repairs being made as a result of the hurricane, but it did no affect my stay. WiFi information provided was incorrect, but I was able to figure it out by looking at the sticker on the device without contacting the property."
