I’ve stayed at a Pueblo Bonito property in the past. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this particular location I requested a transfer to Sunset. The Los Cabo’s property was dirty, understaffed, and crowded. My family showed up at 5 pm, no one to assist with luggages, the rooms had sand, the front desk talked to us as if we were teenagers, and there was no where to order food. The hotel was outdated and needed a lot of repair. We had one helpful waiter who provided us information about the restaurants and what is the best way to get food especially since we had children with us. Overall, I returned back to Sunset with a better experience. I would never stay at Los Cabos or Rose. Spend the extra money and travel time and stay at Sunset. Pueblo Bonito please train your staff at Los Cabos and Rose.
