We stayed twice at this hotel and the second time the room was a lot much bigger than this time. You can walk to a lot of places around the hotel, you can find anything.

The room was a superior room and it was really big with a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they only gave us one bottle of free drinking water and we were two in the room. We called and asked for an extra bottle and they wanted to charge it. I think water must be free at least one bottle per person per day.

Llegué con tres maletas grandes. Nadie ni siquiera se acercó a preguntar si necesitaba ayuda. Las puertas del hotel siempre están cerradas y los guardias te hacen sentir como delincuente al querer entrar. También intentaron cobrarme cosas del minibar que no habían. Un desastre

We loved the location and the staff were very helpful. It’s unfortunate the maintenance has not been great. Toilet seats are broken (in the two rooms we stayed) and tubs have been repainted with epoxy , which is starting to peel off.

It’s a great place for a short stay. Very convenient location. The only issue is the maintenance (older hotel that needs quite a bit of repairs, including faucets and toilet seats that have been glued to fix rather than replaced). They have no power adapters. They told us to buy one if we needed it.

En General Muy Buen Hotel
Muy bien, la ubicación es buenísima, los empleados muy agradables, con muy buena actitud de servicio. Tienes cerca estaciones de subte, turibus, camión, farmacia, tiendita en la esquina, el hotel con instalaciones amplias y limpias.

Quick one night stay before cruise

My reservation was for a superior room and I was extremely satisfied with how spacious and conf tables it was. View from room was excellent. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with dinning or shows recommendations. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast options since it was minimal.

I enjoyed my stay! The location was super convenient and walking distance away from various places/activities. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe here. The men at the door made sure I made it safely inside the hotel & when leaving. I would like to acknowledge one staff in particular, Eduardo. He made sure I knew to be mindful about wearing my cross-body purse in front of me before leaving out the hotel, I presume due to pick pocketers. This left a major impression on me, especially as a new traveler. Thanks Eduardo! My room was clean and they always did a good job refreshing the sheets & towels. I enjoyed the fresh fruit in the lobby. My showers were amazing! Hot & great water pressure. Only critique is that the furniture appeared outdated and wasn’t aesthetically appealing. Other than that, my hotel was exactly what I needed! Thanks for a great stay.

O atendimento foi ótimo, supor gentil e cortês. Localização muito boa, com metrô na porta e bem servido ônibus.Além disso, bastante próximo a pontos turísticos, opções de cafés, restaurantes, lojas… Café da manhã simples, atendeu a necessidade de agilidade do dia do check-out.

Great location! This hotel is in walking distance to all the sites! We loved being able to walk everywhere and have it as our base. The room was a lot bigger than I expected and the beds were comfortable.

Nice, but HOT!
It was a nice hotel generally. Unfortunately, it was an unusually hot week in Buenos Aires and they don't run the AC at this hotel during winter. It was crazy hot at night and the window only opened 5 inches. A good night's rest is the main purpose of a hotel and no AC when it's hot outside is no ideal.

before booking I called the hotel to see if it was possible to have a 2 beds bedroom. But when I arrived they said it wasn't possible. The hotel is outdated. They didn't give us any VIP benefit.
