Experience the essence of Bucerias in our brand-new apartment and studio that will provide comfort and relaxation inside the beautiful town of Bucerias. We are a 20-25 minute walk from the playa and provide you with a partial ocean view from the patio deck. You will be surrounded by some amazing restaurants (Culi’s, Buce-Burger, Buclas Brewery and Tacos & Beers). Enjoy the local Mexican culture and hospitality, and gorgeous sunset as you sip a margarita!
The space
Two independent units as one on the first floor!

The Apartment

The suite contains a spacious living and dining room with a full kitchen for you to use that includes two ceiling fans. You will also have access to your own bathroom and bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

The Studio
This has a queen bed, full Kitchen, TV, AC and private bathroom.

Currently, the elevator is in the process of being installed and the pool is not entirely set up.
Guest access
Access to the building is via code. Entrance to the units require grabbing keys from the lockbox situated at the garage entrance to the building. Both the building access code and lockbox code will be shared after a booking is made and before guest arrival.

One secure parking stall is available. Guests will need to request use prior to arrival if they have a vehicle. Parking stall avaiability is on a first come first basis.

Guests are welcome to access the pool once this is fully completed.

The stairs case leads to the rooftop that is currently not open for guest use.
Other things to note
The elevator is pending installation, however the apartment and two studios are on the first level that are easily accessible.

While this is not a beachfront property, the beach and Golden Zone is a 5 minute cab ride or a 20 minute walk.

Currently the pool is incomplete and the rooptop is not accessible to guests.


Electricity charges are additional to guests for longer stays (3 weeks and more).

As this unit is situated in a residential area, it can at times get noisy. We recommend that if you are noise sensitive, please consider bringing some noise reduction ear plugs.
