Bulbs dont give enough light and good cover for any bugs. Roach stickers on wall to confirm other travelers that bugs are present. The refund fees is overwritten by hotels policy. "Valet parking is a must.. the urgency and kindness the gentleman put in getting your vehicle -I give them a 10-. The staff at check in were nice, asked us what floor we preferred and north/or south side. The overall appearance and the fragrance of the hotel is nice. The bar side during happy hour was pleasant. For dinner we had to wait to be seated, per sign posted with multiple employees walking by before we were acknowledged and seated. After seated we waited again, then finally walked out....

"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."

"We booked this Hilton through Chase Travel with a decent discount. The room was on the 18th floor and had a gorgeous ocean view, which was nice. The room was clean, tight, and small. The bathroom was outdated, and the glass door in the shower didn’t have a proper seal, and after showering, it had a huge paddle/flooding stepping out. "Overordnet set var det et godt hotel. Det eneste minus var, at da vi fik vores værelse, var badeværelset ikke gjort rent, og toilettet var meget beskidt. Da vi klagede over det, fik vi dog straks et nyt værelse, som var fint og rent. Som et plaster på såret blev vi tilbudt refundering af den ene nat ud af de 5 overnatninger, men vi har dog efter endt ferie ikke fået noget beløb refunderet."
