"First time staying here and am so glad we stayed on this end of the boardwalk. While only a quick trip for the Jelly Roll concert, we enjoyed the 2 days there! Hotel was beautiful, conveniently located and the rooms are the perfect size and super clean. You're right near Pocahontas Pancake (totally worth the wait, too!), Mellow Mushroom, Ben & Jerry's. "When we first got there, the first thing you noticed was the floor was not even vacuumed that you could see from far all the dirty crumbs on the floor the beds was the only thing that was cleaned we left the hotel the next day to let housekeeping clean the rooms. We were hoping that our room would have been cleaned by when we got there. The room wasn’t cleaned. We went down to the lobby and ask if they could go clean it they told us they couldn’t because they had already left. If you’re hoping...

"I wasn't happy with the service; we had booked a room with an ocean view, but there was only one woman at the front desk handling a huge crowd. She left me standing there waiting while she tried to attend to everyone else and me at the same time. On top of that, there were no extra towels or toilet paper, and there were bugs—specifically bedbugs. They really need to fumigate, as it’s dangerous when you have children with you. I hope they take this feedback into account."
