"The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean, but there were a few issues. The a/c didn't seem to work at all (despite following included instructions, it just wouldn't turn on at all). The coffee maker also didn't work, and the lights were very dim (the dimmer was stuck on the lowest setting). The front desk is only staffed from 9-5ish, so by the time we realized these issues, there was nobody to alert. Overall, cute spot and great location though."

"Person there was great. AC Wasn’t working the person there was left alone not knowing how to work it. The owners were on vacation and she couldn’t get a hold of them. She took the time to figure it out and eventually got my AC working."

"The property and grounds were good, well maintained and interesting, but there was no air conditioning ,the room was hot, the restaurant, bar and spa were closed. breakfast was adequate but unimaginative. the staff were present but were not attentive. It was as if they had already closed for the season and just going through the motions. a lot of money for just a room. not a great experience."
