Alpehytter i Gambier Island

"I booked the 3 -bedroom penthouse for a night for my family. It was fantastic: Great layout, really well-maintained, and very spacious. The outdoor deck was great. Just downstairs is the beach and a lovely walk to the park and the other way is downtown Sechelt and all the shops. Had a fantastic dinner at Fred’s, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and overlooking the ocean. Just steps away is a wonderful bistro Vin et Mer. Staff at the Inn were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again....

"The room was clean but the rest of the house was a bit of a mess. The fridge had food left in it and the garbage was foul smelling. There was dust on the fixtures, hair on the bathroom walls and the TV appears to be broken. The house had a general feeling of emptiness and being unloved. I only stayed one night of my stay and got a hotel the next morning."

"A very noicy room. The exhaust system made a terrible noice right outsider our Window. Closing the Windows helped but then we needed to turn on the aircondition, which made equally unpleasant noice. "

"Property manager was super friendly and helpful. The location of the property is located close to the water and is within walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The room includes a kitchen and the property is across the street from a market. I highly recommend!!"

"I wasn't there long enough to form an opinion outside of my arrival and room. My 2nd message from Carey Lodge which likely contained my door code and some entrance instructions would not open so I had a bit of a hard time figuring it all out while exhausted and in a lot of pain. Expedia thankfully supplied the door code. I arrived 5 minutes after reception closed. Once to my room I.realized it had not been cleaned. I found a buzzer by the entrance and contacted someone i could not hear for a...

"The aircondition was VERY noisy and despite of having the aircondition there was a very cold draught from the windows. Despite we were 2 people in the room there was only 1 regular duvet to share. At least offer a double duvet. The complementary breakfast was frozen bagels and chocolate chip cookies served outside the room. Don’t bother."
