Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer."

Our room was cosy, simply decorated and comfortable. Lacked a dressing table or somewhere to sit with a mirror and plug for hair drying/styling but we managed. Situated set back off the main street, next to a small Roman Catholic church for which the bells chime at 8am in Sundays but wasn’t intrusive. Lovely choice of breakfasts on the menu too."

"This is a great value B and B. Although over a pub and close to a main road, very quiet. The pub serves good pub meals, reasonably priced and the staff are very cheerfull. Breakfast was good and the rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean. A great place to stop if you are in the area. The atmousphere in the pub was freindly but not in anyway rowdy. "

Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly...

"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "
