"The property was lovely and as described. 8 of us stayed and we all able to relax and felt comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms spacious.Not to far from Brighton and was easy enough to get taxis in and out if needed. Would definitely stay here again. "

The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "The house is tastefully furnished, in immaculate condition and comes with all commodities one can think of.Great view, cozy garden, well connected to Brighton although Rottingdean offers a wide choice of cozy pubs too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to our nice landlady for renting her place out to us."

"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. So, we used laundry racks with fans blowing air on our clothes to dry them. Johnathan was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we...

"We stayed here for my hen do. All I can say is that it was amazing! Everyone loved it, it was so clean, the beds were SO comfy! We had towels left for us. The layout was lovely, none of us could fault it. If I was coming back to Brighton with a large group again, I would definitely see if this was available. I’ve already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay If I had to suggest one tiny thing, I would be a new shower head in the big bathroom, but it didn’t change my opinion...

"Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh"

"Small room and hotel a bit run down. Frayed carpets. Mediocre breakfast. Staff not especially polite or pleasant , with one exception.."

"Had a nice stay at the Metropol in Brighton. Family of 4 on sixth floor with sea view. It isn’t advertised but the pool is not to be used by kids before 9am and after 6pm so watch that. The windows were droughty and couldn’t be fully closed tightly. In the last night a strong wind was pounding the windows all night and blew cold wind into the room which wasn’t great. Also being a sea view there is also the main road just down below. Motorbike have a habit of racing off the traffic lights! The fam loved the buffet breakfast and tbh it was better than that offered by the Grand in Brighton :-) Bed was comfortable although a little hard and the bathroom sink had a crack in it though completely usable. Would we stay there again? Probably as it was pretty good value for Brighton "

"Hotellet ligger kun en kort gåtur fra stationen og dermed meget centralt ift the Laines, shoppingcentret m.m. To små supermarkeder lige i nærheden. 10 min gang fra strand og pier. Meget imødekommende personale. Jeg prøvede ikke maden. Der var æidt støj fra gaden ud på aften/nat, men det var ikke slemt."
