The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!"

"A really fantastic place to stay. Great location being so close to the train station, whilst also being down a quiet pedestrian lane (so no noise at night). The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once. (The two bedrooms upstairs are both en-suite with showers), the bedroom downstairs has a toilet/shower right next to it and there's a spare toilet just off the hallway. "Brilliant location, you can walk into town easily along the seafront. Narrow stairs and about 5 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, however everything else about the property was brilliant. We were a hen do of 18, plenty of things to cook with/serving dishes, plugs next to every bed for phone chargers, hairdryers in the dressing room. Plenty of bathrooms/showers (although the shower in the ground floor doesn’t drain well). All in all, excellent!"

Nice large lounge, and a large kitchen. Bedrooms were all double sized. There was a gate that could be closed across the drive to make the back garden secure for kids and dogs. "A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...
