The Space:
Our apartment is located on the second floor of a characterful Brighton building, offering a bright and comfortable base just moments from the beach and the city's best attractions.
The open-plan living and dining space is designed for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton, whether that's enjoying a meal together, streaming your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, or simply unwinding with a book. The living area also features a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests. Parking is available on-site - please enquire in advance to book
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for a short break or longer stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, a microwave and washing machine.

The modern bathroom features a bath with shower, vanity unit and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

• The apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Parking may be available at the property for an additional charge of £20 per day. As there is only one shared parking space serving the building, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please enquire before booking if parking is important for your stay.
- Bicycles are not permitted in the building or outside of the building at any time for any reason due to fire safety regulations and insurance.

The apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, just a short walk from the beach, the famous Lanes and the independent shops, cafés and restaurants of North Laine.
Spend your mornings by the sea, browse the boutiques and galleries tucked away in Brighton's historic lanes, or enjoy everything from relaxed brunch spots to some of the city's best seafood restaurants and cocktail bars. The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Palace Pier, Sea Life Centre and many of Brighton's most popular attractions are all within easy walking distance.
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you can leave the car behind and explore the very best of Brighton on foot.

Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express coaches and major local bus routes, is just moments away. Brighton Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with regular direct services to London, Gatwick Airport and destinations across the South East.
Most of Brighton's attractions, including the beach, the Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Palace Pier and the Royal Pavilion, are all within easy walking distance.
Parking may be available nearby by prior arrangement for an additional charge, although availability is limited.
