Hoteller nær Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre

"Lovely hotel, with large rooms. Nice restaurant and pub downstairs and good service. Not a lot around the hotel."

"A really good experience. arrived at 2 a.m., and a receptionist was there to welcome us straight away. The hotel seemed to have been recently renovated, and everything was very clean and well maintained. It was also quiet, and the pillows / bed were comfortable."

"The walls are a bit thin so you can here a lot from other rooms. "

"The hotel was good, but with some flaws. Having a pool and requiring guests to both pay extra to use it AND book timeslot in advance of your stay, is not good, i have stayed in many hotels and never encountered such restrictions. Breakfast was meant to open at 0630, and as we had and early flight, we stood ready at 0630, but it the staff in the restaurant did not see to be aware of the opening times, and only around half the food was ready. One day, the cleaning was not good, and the...

"Great location and very friendly staff"

"The Kew Gardens Hotel was perfect! Just around the corner from Kew Metro Station and the cutest little “square “ with lots of great restaurants and shops! A Tesco open from 7-11 was perfect! Coffee shops, easy access to the city, and Kew Gardens!! It has a lovely pub on the main floor that serves breakfast etc… I am so glad I picked this one!!!!"

"Very good service - they helped me out with a wrong bookingdate. Ok rooms, but they could need an update. Ok breakfast. Good wifi. Central to Ealing Broadway. Nice thai food."

"The ground-floor room is not as good as the first-floor rooms, especially considering the price. One side of the room shares a wall/door with the neighbouring room, and sound from the adjacent room can be heard clearly, which affects privacy and comfort. There is also no lock on the ground-floor toilet, which is a significant inconvenience. Another drawback is the absence of a TV in the room. I believe providing a TV would be a basic and necessary facility for guests. Overall, the...
