The Space:
This beautiful property consists of two separate buildings, the main house has three rooms, accommodating up to nine guests.

-Master suite with a king bed, beautiful walk-in shower; this room has sliding doors for direct access to the patio.
-Guest Suite with a queen bed and a tub shareable bathroom with double sinks.
-Bunk Room is the perfect space for kids, with full over full size bunk beds and a twin trundle (suitable for up to five children under Age 12).

You and your guests will enjoy the large open concept floor space with fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel brand new appliances and a spacious breakfast island with a separate dining room. The living room has an oversize couch with 65” smart TV. Washer and dryer machine available for your convenience.

There is a separate building on the back of the property that includes two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests, one room has a king bed and the second room a queen size bed. This private space has a full size bathroom and a small seating area for your morning coffee. All bedrooms in the entire house include smart TVs.

The backyard has many areas to entertain, including an elevated pool/spa combo measuring 9 feet wide by 20 feet long, with many jets options, and can also be heated in a matter of hours. The pool has led lights and a 3 feet tall fence for safety.

The entire yard is a kids paradise covered with artificial turf, a three hole potting green, a bean bag toss game, and many other games. The adults can enjoy the outdoor space with a bbq grill area, a table for eight guests and lounge chairs to enjoy the Florida sun.

The Neighborhood:
This home is centrally located to three main areas: Downtown Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Downtown Sarasota - all of which are 5-15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
The house is situated in a residential family-friendly neighborhood, please keep the noise to a respectful level during the night. Please note this property does not allow pets, nor smoking/vaping..
