"The lady at check in was absolutely Amazing she was so polite and and offered to help in anyway possible she was above and beyond she really cared and didn’t pretend to care she was so genuine as if she really enjoyed her job "

"We would like additional lounge chairs at the pool.
Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. "

"Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing.
Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room! "

"May I have to say that checking was very pleasant and so friendly 😊 I don't leave reviews but the front desk made it worthy and highly appreciated my accommodation!"
"Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice."
