You are in the heart of touristic Athens , so it can get busy and noisy at any time
We do have double windows though

Please note that there are no windows in bedrooms

The entire apartment and its amenities are at your exclusive use.

Late check in fee for arrivals between 21.00 - 00.00

You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.

There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).

2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable

According to the LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes

Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water
