Staff were wonderful, valet service was quick and room was pretty big.
It is a huge hotel and the wait for the elevator is crazy long. People were cramming into already packed elevators because they had been waiting 10 minutes. Also impossible to talk to front desk before we arrived.

Courtney at the front desk was amazing! She had a cake and card delivered to our room for our son's 11th birthday. The rooms are top notch and the hotel offers a full restaurant, a grab and go and starbucks, so there are many options. Hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable. 5 star hotel

Let me start off by saying this was my first 4 star hotel. And holy crap did they deliver.
I wanted help with a sign made for my first ever cubs game at Fenway park.
I asked a manager and he helped me find someone who took ALOT of time to make the perfect sign for Me.
Literally above and beyond. They could have politely said that’s not in their job description but they didn’t.
My sign was a hit at the game and even got on tv!
Literally the most amazing staff and worth the money,

For the price, the amenities were the exact same as what one would get at a Hampton Inn- but for downtown Boston, assume this price was comparable (pricey compared to other cities though for what you get )

Just left our long weekend stay at the Westin Copley Place and already want to return. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was so welcoming and nice- especially at the bell hop and valet areas. We stayed in a suite and that was perfect for our young family of 5. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel seemed busy but not crowded. The elevators are quick. Super convenient location: we were able to walk to many places and use the T which was across the street. The hotel buffet continental breakfast was terrific. Good variety of options and it was all tasty.
Overall a 10/10 stay and will happily return for our next trip to Boston!

We only stayed 1 night for a college visit and the concierge was excellent, recommending us some places for quick sightseeing and had great restaurant recommendations. Everything within walking distance.

Good location, very nice lobby staff, vibe is lovely. Room was dirty on arrival, but housekeeping came and cleaned it, very apologetic. The elevators were dirty and it took over 24 for housekeeping to clear room service dishes left in the hallways on multiple occasions. Overall I would stay there again for the convenience of the location and the staff, but hope they can clean it better.
