Villaer i Blythe Island State Park

"Vacationing family of 5 with 3 kids, 2 connecting rooms. Had a fabulous time at Oaks on the River. Spacious luxurious rooms, very comfortable beds, 100 % clean, friendly staff all over, great restaurant for evening dining and ala carte breakfast. Beautiful river view from rooms and restaurant. Only inconvenience was the heated pool was not heated :-("

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It's cheap for a reason. My sister and I walked in and smiled at the front desk person and owner and no one spoke plus the next day as we were checking out, it was the same thing with no one smiling or speaking as you walk up to the desk. They don't have an elevator which is the very first time I have seen that in my 35 years of life so we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. They had stains on the VERY THIN bed spread. "It was not mentioned at check in that if you wanted maid service for your room you had to request it a head of time. Would have been nice to know that so I could have my room refreshed and more coffee and towels. When I did request it at the front desk they were quick to react."

"The staff at the front desk were great. The room was just OK. The carpets were stained and dirty and had a smell. Pretty gross actually. If you stay in Room 325 definitely wear slippers or socks. "
