"This property calls itself a resort. There are no amenities apart from beach chairs. The photos on the web are a scam. There is NO management on the property. I feel totally taken in by false promises "

"It is a nice hotel in a nice area. The service was good and there was a little pool. The area is nice to look at, but there is not that much to do - unless you play golf. Alos, the area is expensive."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, helpful w local suggestions and tried to assist w a personal dilemma. Room was on small size (but adequate). Some minor maintenance and housekeeping issues should be addressed. Location was excellent for walking around downtown."

"The location was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, they were doing renovations and put us on that floor where men were working. It was messy, dusty, and noisy. It was uncomfortable walking through all of that to get to the room."

"Needs TLC. Front desk didn't give us the breakfast vouchers - we had to go back and ask for them. Breakfast buffet doesn't have the best choices. Roach on ceiling one morning. Rust on the bathtub. Need comfort height toilets in bathrooms. Ladies who cleaned the rooms were fantastic!!!! Only a few hangers in the closet. Beds are comfortable and pillow choices are great. Easy access to beach. Pool with hot tub is nice. Lots of easy walking paths. Rooms are large and very spacious."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The day we checked in we got the best recommendations for local dining which all turned out to be great. The breakfast was hot and actually good for a free breakfast. The pool was clean and beautiful. This hotel is an easy walk to the beach and we even saw wild deer each day we were there which made it extra special for our family. We are already planning our next trip back."

"We had a magnificant stay! So relaxed and luxury feeling enjoying warm sunrisings from our balcony. Our third floor apartment was fantastic and clean. Could use some more cabinets for storage :-) Staff and people around the island were SO sincerely friendly. Jekyll island is remarkable and highly recommenable. We loved every second of our stay ❤️"

"The room was large with a separated bedroom and living area/kitchen. It was clean and well equipped. Everything worked except issues with the motorized window curtains. The staff were pleasant and helpful. the breakfast was average. The location was excellent - within walking distance to the beach and a retail shopping area.
