"The condo was wonderful. Not only is it well decorated, with modern appliances, it is situated in a wonderful area. The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Even several seasonings. We had one minor hiccup (the propane in the grill was empty) but the host was quick to respond and remedy the issue. "The complex was really easy to get to. Our GPS took us straight there. This is the very first building when you turn in too so access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked fantastic and the hot water was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and had everything we needed. "Harbour Oaks Condos are the best rentals for your dollar in my opinion. They are clean, in a great location for a quick golf cart ride to the village and pier. This particular rental was updated and nice and provided all that we needed for a very enjoyable week long vacation. We were so sad to leave and come back to real life!"

Comfortable mattress with quality linens and towels. Kitchen is well stocked. A more comfy living room chair would be a nice addition to the futon sofa. Hostess was great communicating and taking care of our needs."

Additionally, placevl was equipped with linens, towels, dishes, and utencils that were in good condition as well. Nothing shabby or used hard. Location was good as well. Decor lovely. It was a true pleasure to stay here. Grounds outside imaculate. Top notch."

"We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!"

"The hotels location is definitely it's best asset. It's located right on the beach, which we loved. Great staff and service. The hotel generally feels safe and welcoming. The hotel is dated, and so are the amenities. The mood at the breakfast area was great, and the meal was ok, but we have had better at other budget hotels. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms very clean. Simply furnished, but we liked it. We had a great stay."
