With free parking for multiple vehicles, easy road access, and bus links into the city centre in under 10 minutes, it’s an ideal base for contractors and professionals needing a clean, well-equipped place to switch off after work.

    Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living setup for winding down together, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, and multiple bathrooms to keep mornings running smoothly. The private garden and patio seating add welcome outdoor space, while practical touches like a dedicated workspace, wifi and laundry facilities make longer stays feel easy.

Local shops and restaurants are also a short drive away, making it a convenient base whether you’re staying local for a project or exploring the wider Midlands in your downtime.

    Access and support during your stay
    You’ll have full, exclusive access to the entire home and garden. Entry is via a secure lockbox. A welcome board and guest information pack are provided on arrival, and if you need anything during your stay you can message via Airbnb or contact the representative listed in the welcome pack.

    Booking Policy
    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
    If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
    Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

    Cancellation Policy
    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival.
    Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival.
