It has Beach Services (umbrellas, coffee tables, comfortable chairs and ice cubes for the cooler). The Condominium has a heated Adult and Children's Swimming Pool with waterfall, Gourmet Space with sink, Dry Sauna and circular shower, Party Room and TV Room, Games Room, Wi-Fi access in common areas, Sports Court, Playground, Gym ( Fitness Room), Barbecue, 24-hour concierge, and all other leisure facilities that can be used by guests / renters (check Reservations and Opening Hours at the Concierge), at no additional cost. There are 2 private parking spaces in the Condominium's internal parking lot.

Riviera de São Lourenço beach is in Bertioga and reaches three neighborhoods in just 4.5 km of coastline: Indaiá, Riviera de São Lourenço and Jardim São Lourenço.
To get to Riviera, as well as most of the city's beaches, you must use the Rio-Santos highway (BR-101). At km 212 it is possible to see the imposing portal that presents the neighborhood.
At km 248 of the Rio-Santos highway it is possible to see the Bertioga portal, which is just 120 km from the capital of São Paulo, totaling a journey of approximately 2 hours, without traffic. In a straight line, where there are no roads, the distance is 62 km.
Departing by car from São Paulo, these are the 3 best options:
• Via Rodovia dos IMIGRANTES (SP-160) until exit 57-B or VIA ANCHIETA (SP-150), then taking the access to the North Coast of SP, which is Rodovia CÔNEGO DOMÊNICO RANGONI (SP-55 known as PIAÇAGÜERA-GUARUJÁ), then accessing the PRESTES MAIA Highway, better known as RIO-SANTOS (BR-101). The Anchieta-Imigrantes System (SAI) connects the capital of São Paulo to the South Coast from Santos, São Vicente and Praia Grande and you can get to Bertioga via the Santos-Guarujá and Guarujá-Bertioga ferries or via the Rio-Santos Highway.

• Via Rodovia AYRTON SENNA (SP-70) or VIA DUTRA (BR-116 / SP-60), then taking the access to Rodovia DOM PAULO ROLIM LOUREIRO (SP-98 known as MOGI-BERTIOGA) and accessing Rodovia PRESTES MAIA, better known as RIO-SANTOS (BR-101). It is the main access route to Bertioga, through the city of Mogi das Cruzes and passing through Biritiba Mirim. It is a highway with stretches of mountains, many downhill curves and lush landscapes of the Atlantic Forest where you can see the Elefante Waterfall, considered the largest in the region, in the Serra do Mar State Park - Núcleo Bertioga.

Those departing from Guarujá must go to the end of Praia da Enseada, known as Avenida Santos Dumont, then take the ARIOVALDO DE ALMEIDA DE VIANA Highway (SP-061 known as ROAD OF PERNAMBUCO) until the access to the Prainha Branca Trail , where the Guarujá-Bertioga Ferry crossing is located.
