The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. There is a perfect small sitting area in the back bedroom for reading or getting work done. "We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back"

"This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy.
