"Fabulous villa with excellent communication from Roy, Steve and Simon. There was 16 of us in total with 2 babies, 2 toddlers and 1 child, the rest adults. Plenty of space and bathrooms to choose from, 2 living rooms with tvs and lots of outdoor space with lovely pool/ entertainment. Only let down for us was the weather (but we did go in march) 30 min walk to benidorm beach front which was easy, and taxis cost about 8/12 euro. "Great location peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Ideal for trips into Benidorm €8 taxi ride. We had a hire car but you could get away with not having one. There are restaurants a short walk away. The outside space is great we used everything and loved the pool. The bbq was great for the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with very quickly by Steve - always only a WhatsApp message away. Internet connection good all round the villa and...

"we had a fantastic holiday in quiet surroundings. close to everything. very sweet host couple. even though we arrived very late at night they were ready with tour, the beds were made ready. so great with two tired kids. the house was nice spacious, delicious with its own pool and a cozy outdoor kitchen which was used extensively. this is definitely not the last time we visit the house."
