God beliggenhed men værelset var slidt og fugtigt
Hotellet ligger rigtig smukt, vi havde et værelse på stranden. Desværre var værelset meget slidt, beskidt og fugtigt - der var bl.a skimmelsvamp i skabene, så dem brugte vi ikke. Der var desuden ikke noget tryg på vandet og der var ikke varmt vand. Det blev lavet da vi klagede, men temperaturen var meget svingende. El-kedlen virkede heller ikke. Vi oplevede desuden både at have kakerlakker og en mus i værelset.

Moderne hotel - flot strand
Fint, moderne hotel med fine pools til havet. Værelserne er lyse og moderne. Med lækkert stort badeværelse og balkon. Restauranten er stor og med fin udsigt til havet. Meget lækkert mad i buffeten til alle tre måltider. Fin service ved snorkeling og vandski ( gratis). Meget venligt personale. Der eneste minus er en støjende ventilation ved poolen.

Nice stay
Very nice resort. We have stayed a different resorts over the world and in Mauritius and Long Beach certainly delivers. Its really nice with all the activities included. In generel the 5star resorts offer very good value for money in Mauritius. A note to the Management. The staff is super nice and helpfull - 12 of a 10 scale - its really delightfull once you are in the resort. However, I would only rate the staff at reception/entry 5 of 10. Luckily we did not have to deal with them much - only 3-4 times during our stay, but we did not feel the kindness here that is felt throughout the rest of the resort. We did not get the proper instructions, we had to ask for them our selves, we had to wait fair amount of time everytime and there allways seemed to be some sort of confusion.

Fantastic location, even better service
There is very little that isn't great about the hotel. The location and facilities are really good. This is very much comlimented by the friendly and helpful staff. From the room boy to the people at the kids club. We really had an amazing experience. As one of my boys said, definitely in the top 3 holidays of all time :)

It was a fantastic experience, Long Beach Mauritius staff. is very polite and professional, their language does not include a “no” they always try their best to please you and to satisfy your needs. The chef in two occasion made a dessert lactose free only for us. The hotel his very cleaned offers lot of services and the quality service his something you can touch. Th food quality is superb and various every day. It is the best hotel I ever been and as I work in tourism business, it means amongst many others. Thank you all and we will be back soon for sure. Great vacation!
Lovely resort, amazing nature, beach and pool. Great service and supportive when we had an issue with a room. I would recomend to chose the all inclusive option if you plan to stay mainly at the reaport, otherwise lunches and snacks are a bit pricy.

Good hotel and spa facilities. Food was excellent in the restaurants. We were half board and think All Inclusive would not be worth the extra money. Difficult to book excursions though the hotel. You needed to book with travel reps that turned up between 10/12 each day (not Sundays). No help from hotel guest services or concierge. Book a table was difficult, you needed to book at least two 2 days in advance. Limited covers per night at all restaurants other than the buffett. Nice that the pool was also right near the beach. Good activities by the beach. Arranged outside of hotel scope. Hear for a fly and flop. Unlikely to visit again, but overall a good holiday.

18jours de bonheur et dépaysement à l’hôtel Long Beach, c’est un magnifique Resort qui jouit d’une excellente localisation et d’un magnifique lagon de la Plage de Belle Mare. nous avons été impressionnés par la beauté du lieu et des jardins luxuriants. Le personnel est adorable et très bien formé. Nous avons vraiment très bien mangé dans cet hôtel car tout est très bon et varié, et la cuisine mauricienne y est excellente et que dire des desserts, qui eux aussi sont très travaillés et vraiment trop bons. L’hôtel est immense mais à la fois très intimiste car on n’a jamais l’impression qu’il y’a trop de monde, et l’on attend jamais longtemps pour être servi. le Spa Cinqmonde est magnifique et je vous conseille le soin polynésien à faire dès le début du séjour pour une totale déconnexion immédiate ☺️ notre petite dernière a a adoré le Kids Club qui est top et propose un programme d’activités toute la journée pour amuser et occuper les enfants pendant que les parents savourent la piscine adult only à débordement avec sa vue océan incroyable 🤩 le personnel de l’hôtel a tout fait pour nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable et on peut dire que c’est réussi ☺️ Mention spéciale pour les chambres en front beach qui offrent une vue océan à couper le souffle, un vrai bonheur de profiter du bruit de l’océan et du vent le soir sur sa terrasse.

Super clazzy but one big problem..
Second time here and I really love this hotel and it´s property. You´ve it all! Nice exlusive white sandy beach, infinitypool overlooking the ocean (adults only) and a large mainpool. Convinient and luxury sunchairs! There even is a third pool för excersiceswimming, tenniscourts, gym etc... Lush garden and a cuople of nice restaurants. all very well maintained. You also get spoiled by friendly professional service from Nilesh, Anastasia and rest of the staff. BUT! I´ve a big problem with the fact that there is no proper doors between bathrom/toilet and bedroom in your suit. The only thing that separates wc from room is a non lockable glasdoor. That means no privacy at all. So, only because of this we might stay in another hotel next time.

Excellentes installations. Du vrai 5 étoiles. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. 2 restaurants (le japonais et le chinois) très bons. Le reste indigne d’un 5 étoiles, notamment le dîner buffet très très mauvais. Petit déjeuner OK mais jus de fruits Coupés à l’eau….. Resort essentiellement destiné aux familles avec jeunes enfants: choix d’activités imbattables. Plage magnifique Jardins très bien entretenus.

infrastrutures de grandes qualités, plusieures bars et restaurants (souvent avec suppléments meme en AI)chambres très spacieuses etdisséminées dans un environnement tropical qui intimise beaucoup l'atmosphere du resort. Superbes piscines assez calmes Belle plage avec 2 petites criques propres et encore un peu sauvage ce qui devient très rare à Maurice..Restauration supérieure à la moyenne pour ce type de resort vienoiseries pains et quelques patisseries maisons excellents. points négatifs: Formule All inclusive n'incluant que des boissons bas de gamme et beaucoup de plats avec suppléments idem pour Nespresso ,2 capsules par séjour incluses,Idem Choix du Minibar réduit !le HB est une meilleure option. Même si il y a pléthore de personnel la aussi pas au niveau de ce qu'on a connu à Maurice auparavant( sans doute difficultés après la reouverture post Covid) Malgré tout ca reste un des meilleurs choix de resort que ce soit à deux ou en famille

Hotel idéalement situé, les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle de bain tres grande avec nombreux rangements. Le personnel de service, nettoyage est au top toujours reactif et serviable

Was a bit confusing getting from the room to parts of the resort. The signs could be better.

Property in general was ok, however level of service offered for a 5 star was not accepted. From the day we arrived and from the room prep and dining options the service was very slow and not to the level of a 5 star what we paid for. Hotel is fully aware of my feelings and offered me a refund for extra however, this was meant to be an auspicious occasion for our anniversary and I am not happy with Expedia for the hotel marketing and the Sun resorts for the experience we received.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione, mi aspettavo di più per quanto riguarda la ristorazione visto la categoria 5 stelle. 5 ristoranti di cui 2 a pagamento ristoranti da prenotare con largo anticipo e l'unico ristorante sempre disponibile a buffet ripetitivo. Bello il servizio con le Golf Car per accompagnarti alle camere

We liked the overall area, everything was well kept (plants, paths, etc.). All staff was kind and friendly. Kids club was a big plus for families with children, having a friendly staff also to kids who do not understand EN/FR. Overall good catering except for the ice cream that could be better. What disappointed us a bit were the locations within the area with a very poor or no wi-fi signal, even at the pool, as well as a lack of sunbeds near the pool and on the beach. If you do not wake up early enough, you probably won´t find a vacant sunbed anymore during the day. But on the whole we enjoyed the stay there.

La plage est magnifique et grande, la piscine adulte est top, les activités le complexe sportif le club enfant le club ado sont canons Le service du restaurent de la plage piscine est à améliorer... l attente est longue et se trompe au niveau des commandes. Le restaurant japonais et chinois et italien sont bons même très bon ! L hôtel est vraiment très bien il faut juste amélioré le service du restaurant de la piscine et le bas de la piscine Le personnel est très gentil!
