"This is a great location in the heart of Mexicantown. Freshly renovated apartment with everything we needed. Might be a bit far for some, but we found it to be walking distance to downtown and all the places we wanted to explore. "

"Host was kind and responsive but house was in poor condition not as nice as pictured. There is NO KING size bed as advertised (only twin and full). It was obviously smoked in often and not clean. Some sheets were worn through and mattresses were cheap and hard. We found smoking remnants throughout the home in windowsills, closets, drawers with other personal items like an inhaler. Washer and dryer were barely working and the furnace struggled too. Some parts of the house just would not warm up....

"This house was just as the pictures showed. The check-in was easy. The house was clean and roomy. It's conveniently located close to downtown. The manager was attentive and responsive. If ever in Detroit again I will definitely stay again!!"
