"This hotel was clean. I had noisy neighbors because it was the holiday weekend so I didn't mind that too much. The free breakfast wasn't my taste...waffles and cereal. No coffee maker in the room. Microwave in the room didn't work. But I was there for a different purpose, so the room worked just fine for me."

The rooms need new furniture and renovation.
NOTE PAYMENT: The hotel has charged me 214 $ too much on my credit card for one of the rooms. I have written to them, but I have not received an answer from them!"

"Vi var to dage i Detroit, som er en spændende by. Vejret var fantastisk og da vi var tidligt hjemme den ene dag, ville vi gerne sidde ude. Det var umuligt, da der desværre ikke var nogen udendørs sidde faciliteter. Området er et pænt villakvarter og på den måde dejligt at bo netop der, men selve motellet er anonymt."

"Well like I said the sofa bed my son slept on needs to be renewed. It was a step up from the other Sonesta simply suites hotel I've gone to do many times their sofa beds looked like a frier and a murder happened and the treat their guess like dirt. But his Sonesta ES hotel the staff was very nice. However, I was extremely upset at the hidden fee of 150.00 deposit I had to pay that I was not aware of and I had already paid for my room. This was the second time I was hit with hidden fees that...

"We booked this as a long weekend staycation. We had forgotten how unique this hotel is. They have bee colonies on the third floor mezzanine. Very cool. The rooms, the atmosphere and the staff were all on point. One of the best stays we have had downtown. Highly recommended. "
