"I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well."

"The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. All the kitchen cupboards were labeled which made making breakfast easier. The location in Kentfield is perfect for where my children live. The only issue we had was at check-in with the parking space. There were workman occupying the designated guest parking. Also, there are numerous steps leading to the apartment which I overlooked when I booked. The host was quick to help on both accounts- he had the workman move and he carried our suitcases to...
