Hi Scott Thank you for alerting us, we were sure the information was clear on the booking details and our website which we will look into, sincere apologies. We partner with local restaurants for evening meals along with breakfasts or if preferred can organise food to your door along with leaving refreshments and some bits to kick start your day. Again so sorry for our miscommunication and disappointment, hope you will drop by another time when our pub is open every Wednesday to Sunday.

Our welcome booklet highlights instructions along with a contact phone number along with our manager demonstrating to you on checkin. I have checked the lock and everything is working with no issues. Hi Jane Thank you for your review. For now we do not offer a breakfast service, our team is simply too small which was explained to you prior to check in and in your booking confirmation. The bits left in your room are simply to kick start your day and complimentary. When we are able to offer a breakfast again I will be sure to get in touch and hopefully see you again. Hi Kuljinder So sorry your stay was not as comfortable as you experienced before. I hate spiders too so I can sympathise with you. It is the season for spiders to come inside but so sorry we missed this. My housekeeper unfortunately was expecting the room to be vacated so I can only apologise for this mistake. Hello Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am pleased you found the overall stay nice with us and found our rooms lovely. Yes it was hot weekend so everyone was out enjoying the warmer evenings. I do not think the fans would of helped at all which was a shame. Whilst we build our team sadly for now breakfast service is not an option for us. Disappointing I realise and hope to be able to offer this for room guests as soon as we are able. We pop something to kick start your day in the room hoping this can tide you over until our kitchen opens at midday every Friday-Sunday. We have a few local places like THE HIDE who offer breakfast so I would be happy to book you a table there should be visit us again. Hope to see you again soon and thanks again :)

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and found us quiet and comfortable. The frosting was designed for privacy still being able to let through light however I appreciate your comments to disliking this. The sound has not been an issue as far as we are aware, however thanks you for bringing this to our attention. We leave comment cards for any concerns our guests have.
