"This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip."

We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. "This place was amazing and exactly what we needed for our teen/tween kids and their friends this summer. The location was phenomenol and the 2 parking spots were key, given the condo’s close proximity to the beach. The house was well equipped with everything for the beach vacation we desired.
