They couldn't find my booking, even though I pre-paid for everything + and asked me to translate the reciept to English, and then just left me with me, as if their mistake was mine. It was their system which registered a lonth later despite what my reciept said. Nect, it doesnt state snywhere thst the spa is NOT included. Its something seperate which you have to pay for. A SPA ehich is closed most of the day, and reception says speak to spa for booking and they say speak to reception.
