Your feedback is always welcome and extremely important to us as it enables us to determine where we are meeting or exceeding our guests’ expectations and also take care of any issues they may experience during their stay. Furthermore, disappointed to see there were elements of your stay concerning the early check-in charge that you were not pleased with, which I would like to address below. Our check-in time is 1400 hrs., the same as most hotels around the world, but we do let guests check-in before this depending on availability. However, as you informed us you would arrive very early in the morning, the only way we could guarantee you access to your room during this very busy time was to make the room unavailable to other guests the night before and then charge you of Baht 2,000 early check-in fee. This was explained to you as part of the booking process and you agreed to make the booking with this condition. Therefore, the only reason your room was ready for you on arrival is because we had left it empty the night before and lost the opportunity to sell this room to another guest. I would like to apologize for any confusion caused with regard to this matter and the reasons for charging an early check-in fee and may I end by saying that it was lovely to host you during your time in Bangkok and we hope to see you again in the future.
