"The rooms were very outdated and dirty. The floor was unleveled and very nasty. The bed linen has spots on it. The bathroom floor had red stains all over the floor. The shower had mold around the tub and the toilet wasn't clean."

"This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel ..."

"Great stay at Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The Mt. Vernon location made it easy to explore the city, and the on‑site restaurant was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again."
