My son was stuck up on the ropes course. The metal part was stuck right before he was about to zip line which got me really nervous. So I told him he needed to come down. I took a video of this if you need to review. This is our first time here celebrating my son 8th birthday. I've tried calling front desk but one person...

"The pool was so crowded and didn't have enough chairs. Space used for the cabanas that cost extra should be used for chair space instead or limit families to two chairs so they aren't just saved for hours when their kids are in the pool the whole time."

There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The VRBO host was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the process.
