"Very nice hotel, but pay attention to the additional fee that comes. I was not “sharp” enough and overlook these when I booked, including that the whole facility is smoke free, means you have to go all the way to the street to smoke and NO place inside the facility is allowed. I understand and respect that, but for me that is not a recommendation and is a downside that there are no room for that. We stayed in No. 10 and enjoyed the views of the canal from the terrace both morning and sunset. Use of bikes and kayaks is free of charge, and there is complimentary access to a local beach club with swimming pool. In short, Yacht Haven Marina provides very good value in the Florida Keys. "
