"Da vi ankom blev vi mødt af en meget sød og imødekommende kvinde, som fortalte os alt hvad vi havde behov for. Hvis vi kommer til the keys igen er der ingen tvivl om vi vælger samme sted at overnatte."

" We chose this place because the description had the caption “peaceful” and we needed a place to wind down after a trip to Universal Studios. However - we were unable to sit outside on our patio because of a chaos of children running around screaming and playing all the time - and they were only 1 meter away from the sofa on our patio, where we were supposed to sit and relax- which was absolutely impossible. (We love children and have one with us ourselves, but this was absolutely horrible) Even though we closed the door and went inside (sitting indoors behind closed doors was not the purpose of our stay), we could still hear everything that went on outside and on top of that, you can literally hear every single word, your neighbors are saying in their room next door. Overall impression: Hotel and rooms itself are worn down and in need of both paint and general maintenance - desperately in need of walls with soundproofing in order to provide guests with a minimum of privacy. We ended up leaving 3 nights before we were supposed to (without getting any money back) - that seems to say it all."

"Very nice hotel, but pay attention to the additional fee that comes. I was not “sharp” enough and overlook these when I booked, including that the whole facility is smoke free, means you have to go all the way to the street to smoke and NO place inside the facility is allowed. I understand and respect that, but for me that is not a recommendation and is a downside that there are no room for that. For that price - I would have chosen and option with a “dark corner” where all the “outlaws” could stand and be ashamed 😁 Beside that good facility, in the high end of price."
