Hoteller nær Avant Gardner

"Beliggenhed meget centralt og tæt på subway. Let at komme hurtigt til alt på Manhatten. Hotel lidt slidt, larm gennem vinduer fra især ventilationer udenfor, men ikke meget larm fra trafik eller andet. Morgenmad som “grab and go” var effektivt men for lidt til min mand og søn og ikke ligefrem charmerende, selvom der var gode croissanter. "

"I thought the hotel was great, especially for the price. I don’t understand why some people are giving them bad ratings. I don’t know what they expect to that price in NYC. I thought that the room was nice and the service was great. Sure you hear the subway occasionally but the upside is also that the subway station is very close by, which means that Manhatten is very easily accessible. To the price I would say that it is a bargain."

"Disappointing stay. Very long wait at reception, the main floor was under construction with no lobby or common areas. Rooms were tiny with small beds, no fridge, and unclean blankets."

"Couldn’t use our credit cards. Had to try multiple cards because their reader didn’t work. Cleaning personal don’t speak English so when you e.g. ask for an extra blanket with sheet so both have one when sleeping they really didn’t understand what you tried to ask for. When I managed to get one they freaking took it away when cleaning the room and I had to go through all the explanation again to get on again. Holy moly. Clear the couldn’t think for them self. If you remove 2x blankets and sheets while cleaning - how many new ones do you think the customer want?!?!?? (Huge test!). …and then very bad neighborhood. But that’s not the hotels fault. I should just have checked that out. Ps. A lot of noise from music, people, trains etc. "

"4th stay at Pod Brooklyn. All in all the hotel fits my needs perfectly. I am though getting annoyed with the fact that they don’t really offer housekeeping. Even though I have asked for it on the last three stays, it happens once every three days after I re-remind the staff. "

"Everything looks nice and all. But the majority of the staff is extremely rude and acting like they don’t want you there. Was blown away by their behavior. Seems like an adult/professional manager is missing. "
