Autocine Madrid Race

not the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The room is clean but extremely small. the personel is professional and kind but the hotel rules are not customer friendly. We asked for a late check out and were told that we had to ask again the last day in the morning. Had to wake up to call and ask if i can sleep longer (and had to pay for it, which is comprehensible but not what I usually experience at 5 stars hotels) The gym is a joke and has exactly 3 machines. The location is central. I would not recommend especially with the price that absolutely don’t match the services.

Er godt hotel til en fornuftig pris. En god beliggenhed i centrum af Madrid, hvor det meste er indenfor gåafstand. Hotel er fint, men er ved at være lidt slidt. Nogle steder trænger lidt at blive renoveret/modaniseret. Det største minus er at poolen er fyldt op med koldt vand. Samtlige gæster ved poolen talte om det og påpegende det. Selv sidst på dagen i 35 grader er vandet alt for koldt.

A nice atmosphere at the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good location at the quiet side of the Gran Via.
