This apartment is about the unsurpassed view from nearly every room . Positioned in Shed 24 & generous size. Shed 24 sits in the absolute heartbeat of the bustling Viaduct precinct. A short stroll from Wynyard Quarter and the CBD, you are at the epicentre of dining and shopping with the glittering harbour at hand for day trips and fun. Available for 4 to 6 month fixed term rental

The Space:
FIXED TERM RENTAL - 4 TO 6 MONTHS
Experience irreplaceable front-row access to Auckland's picturesque waterfront. Positioned on the bow of Shed 24 the wrap around deck gives you breath-taking north-facing vistas of the Waitemata Harbour and the Port of Auckland.
Once inside the apartment, it boasts expansive and well thought out living spaces. Features open-plan formal living which flows to north, west and east facing balconies.
Walk through to the well-appointed entertainer’s kitchen, an integral part of the open plan family and dining area. With views to the west giving an easy relaxing space.
Three large bedrooms. The master suite features an ensuite and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
Equally impressive is the second and third bedrooms both of which open to a east facing balconies with mesmerising views.
Close by is the large family bathrooms and separate laundry.
A visitor’s powder room is located close to the living areas.

Prince Wharf is right in the heart of the Auckland waterfront area. Within 5 mins walk of both business and transport hubs.

Getting Around:
Close to all transport hubs. Including motor on & off ramps.
Viaduct short walk and CBD 5 mins away.

Other Things to Note:
We know you will be respectful but please remember this is a home in a residential apartment building and there are some important restrictions and policies that must be adhered to.
PRINCES WHARF MANAGEMENT SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL.
They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds.

Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.

By booking , you are accepting full responsibility for any and all charges that may result from any breach of polices and rules and authorise Pillo to deduct payment from your credit card or channel account.
WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE RULES RE THIS BOOKING.
IF YOU UNFORTUNATELY CHOSE NOT TO, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED & YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THE FINE WILL BE MIN NZ$1,000 + ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS.

• CHECK OUT TIME: by 10 am,
• This is NO SMOKING building that includes anywhere on the property and premises (incl. inside, balcony, all common areas) ,
• NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS – formal or informal are permitted,
• NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building and surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including in all areas inside on the balcony, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am,
• NO illegal substances or activity are allowed,
• NO PETS are allowed on the premises,
• Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages,
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning at a rate of $50 NZD min,
• Please read house & appliance INSTRUCTIONS. Your questions may be answered in there! ,
• If you LOCK YOURSELF OUT / LOOSE A KEY or swipe you are responsible for any charges the Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry.
Please note Cruise Ship season starts on 16th October and so parking will be restricted during this time. We have the following dates confirmed to date, 16,18 & 31st October. Up-to-date information can be found on the Ports of Auckland website for future dates

Interaction with Guests:
You can expect and enjoy a private stay. If you need anything, we are just a phone call away! We are available 24/7 for urgent & emergency requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (10 am to 7 pm). If we are called out outside of these hours, request is non urgent, or additional items are required, a call-out & delivery fee may apply.
