1. For Long-Term Guests (Stays Over 7 Days):
Our platform already offers long-stay discounts. As a short-term rental property, we only provide a onetime supply of household essentials upon check-in. No top-ups or refills will be offered during the stay.
Guests are responsible for replenishing their own toilet paper, toiletries, trash bags, and other consumables.
2. Parking Policy:
For each property, we designate a maximum of two parking spaces and clearly mark them in the listings with photo guidance:
• Property: 1 carpark on-site + 1 open parking in the street next to Property A
For guests with more than two vehicles, we will suggest nearby street parking options where available.
