Bathed in natural light, the open-plan lounge gives you the feeling of floating above the turquoise waters just outside your door. Stylish cane armchairs, a generous feather-filled sofa, and a six-seater dining table create an elegant yet cozy setting for lazy mornings and long dinners. A barista-standard Breville coffee machine ensures your morning fix is on point, while a brand-new Bosch dishwasher keeps holiday chores effortless. A smart wall-mounted TV with cable and Netflix offers plenty of entertainment for those slow evenings in.

Sleep Well

Two bedrooms offer hotel-quality mattresses, enormous goose feather duvets, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. Choose between a super king bed or two king singles – perfect for couples or small families.

The Outdoors

The deck is cleverly designed to shield you from prevailing winds, making outdoor living and dining enjoyable year-round. Relax on cushioned loungers or fire up the high-end BBQ for classic Kiwi feasts with family and friends. Just steps from the front door, you're on the white sands of Onetangi Beach — perfect for swimming, shell-gathering, morning walks, or sunset wine on the shore.

Please note: A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $150 applies to each stay and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay including beach towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid-December and early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets considered upon application.

At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private chef, beach towel hire, transport, tours, childminding, and housekeeping. Advance bookings are recommended.

The Neighborhood:
Location, Location

Hungry? You're just a short beachfront stroll from some of Waiheke’s best eateries — Ki Maha, Charley Farley’s, and 372. On the western end of the beach take the steps up to Seaview Road to Casita Miro. The well-stocked Four Square is a 5-minute walk and has everything you need: fresh produce, meats, wine, and daily essentials. Across the road, Liquorland offers a curated selection of Waiheke and NZ wines and craft beers. A bus stop 50 metres from the house means you can explore the island car-free, with hourly service connecting you to vineyards, villages, and walking trails. The Onetangi Straight is just 2km away, with iconic names like Stonyridge, Tantatalus, Te Motu, Soho, Wild Estate and The Heke providing exceptional dining options.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
