I was honestly surprised at the quality of the room and restaurants. I usually stay at Ocean, Hard Rock or Harrah’s but I will definitely add Caesars to my list of preferred hotels in AC. The Ramsey restaurants are top notch. The food and service were excellent. I mean really, some of the best I have ever had.

I was really upset that I found out if you don’t call housekeeping they don’t clean your room at all. That’s really bad they’re trying to be cheap on that really disappointing, we needed to ask for towels everything garbage bad really bad!! And the rooms are so old I’m not coming back to that hotel at all

The room was stinky The washroom had dirt in it The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 4pm and got our room at 8 pm.

When checking in, they did not have a reservation for me. When I showed them Expedia confirmation # they then said a room was not ready for me and they will text me when ready. 31/2 hrs later went back to concierge where Sonya said I was not registered, I would of never gotten a text or call. Thank god for Sonya.!

This could have been a wonderful overall experience. The room was ok but the min I stepped in the shower there was a used condom in the shower corner. We checked in on Sunday and out on Thursday and our room saw not one cleaning staff member. Because of this we were given a $25 gift certificate to use anywhere in the building. Not good enough! To top it off we were in forum tower south and we didn't even have a window! It was covered with a stick on covering. In my opinion just not good enough. The staff was friendly, the hotel beautiful but the stay could have been so much more with just a little bit extra.

I like that staff is willing to help at all time. I did not like the checking in was horrible, long waiting and gave us a smoking allowed room, we do not smoke.

Caesars is one of my favorite hotels in Atlantic City. Great location good amenities clean rooms if Atlantic City finally goes non-smoking it would be great.

Booked a room for the night and selected non smoking. When I checked in they gave the room away. As a courtesy they upgraded us to a suite but still smoking. For that I gave them 4 stars. If you pay for a room you should get that room.

I didn't expect much, but I at least hoped for average service. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of even that low bar. Disappointing stay due to subpar customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was not welcoming at all. A simple smile would have made the interaction better.our rooms were inconveniently located far apart, and when I called to request a room change or shorter route, the agent was unhelpful and unaccommodating. Despite my request to check availability and potentially switch rooms, I was told to come downstairs to the front desk - a significant hurdle given my grandmother's mobility issues with her wheelchair. As a former hotel agent and current manager, I expected more proactive problem-solving and empathy from the staff. Instead, we decided not to bother. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilet seat had dried urine on it, and the area behind the nightstand was not vacuumed. As a former housekeeping manager, I know that attention to detail and thorough cleaning are essential. It's disappointing that this hotel fell short of these basic standards. Overall, this experience left a sour taste, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
