The space
This offer pertains exclusively to the Main House and its front yard. If you're interested in the entire property (with pool) or the Guest House (with pool), please explore our alternate listings.

The Main House features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, catering to families and groups in search of both opulence and ease.

**** Please be aware that accessing the bed in the Bedroom 4 requires climbing a ladder. If you're uneasy with using the ladder or have concerns, kindly refrain from using the loft bed.***

1) Main House Features:
- Fully Updated Kitchen with a generous-size island and luxury appliances(double oven, gas stove, two sinks, wine cooler, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave).
- Bedroom 1 (Master): Equipped with a Queen-size bed, Pull-out sofa, and an ensuite Master bathroom.
- Ensuite Bathroom 1 (Master): Offers His/Hers vanity, a tub, and a separate shower for added convenience.
- Living Room: Includes a TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxation and entertainment.
- Bedroom 2: Features a Queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Offers a Queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with another bedroom.
- Bedroom 4 (Gameroom): Located in the loft area, this room contains a Full-size bed, a sofa, and a shared bathroom. Please note that there is a ladder to climb to get to the bed. Also equipped with board games, TV, and an xBox for added entertainment.
- Bathroom 2: Provides a Single Vanity with a shower.
- Bathroom 3: Equipped with His/Hers vanity and a shower, shared between Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4.
- Bathroom 4: Offers a Single Vanity with a Tub for relaxation and comfort.
- Queen-size air mattress will be provided


2) Parking:
Street parking available
Driveway parking is available when the Guest House is vacant.

3) Pool/Backyard/Grill:
The pool, grill and backyard are not included in the listing, but it can be available to you if the Guest House is not rented out. Please, reach out to us!

4) Pet:
You may bring up to two pets, for a nonrefundable fee of $150.

5) Occupancy:
There is a fee of $20/night for each guest after 6 people.

** absolutely no parties or disruptive events, please. For any unauthorized parties, the fine shall be $1000. Only professional events upon the management’s approval.

** We've strategically placed security cameras throughout the property, including one inside the Main House, strategically positioned by the glass door leading to the backyard.
