I had the worst experience I could have. I Never expected this to happen at a Hilton Place. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 am, due to a delay with the Flight, and when we got to the reception, the girl at the reception told us that the computer was down and she only would be able to check us in after 4:00am, and barely looked at my face. I told her that we were going to a wedding ceremony at 10:00am and need some rest and she said there was nothing she could do to help. We sat at the sofa at reception area and I was trying unsuccessfully do the self check in on the cell phone, when another family of 4 people came to the reception and they found they reservation and called the security person to take them to their room. So I approached the reception again and asked why they could find their reservation but could not find mine. Finally, after that they was able to find my reservation and take me to my room. The next day we went to the wedding, did not even had breakfast at the hotel, and after the wedding, we came back to the hotel, , checked out and checked in at another hotel nearby.
