My apartment is conveniently close to major hospitals for any medical needs. The neighborhood is a typical Athenian area with charming buildings, private businesses, and local cafes and restaurants, offering a genuine experience away from tourist hotspots. A supermarket is directly opposite the building for all your basic necessities, and within a short distance, you'll find a pharmacy, kiosk, bakery for fresh bread, and a coffee shop.



The apartment is bright throughout the day and located just a 7-minute walk from the metro station, providing direct and easy access to/from the airport and city centre.

In less than 10 minutes and just 3 stops away, you're at the city centre (Syntagma) at the heart of the city’s top attractions: The Acropolis, Ancient agora and a breadth of trendy bars, shops and restaurants offering a taste of the famous Athenian nightlife. From there, you can also travel by tram or bus to explore the beautiful sandy beaches of the Athenian Riviera.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while while there is also an independent gas boiler to provide you with hot water 24 hours a day

The nearest Metro station, Ampelokipoi, is part of the blue line connecting the airport to the city center. Also the stop for bus 813 that goes downtown (Omonoia square stop) is located within a 100-meter distance.
