God service men kedeligt hotel
Lille og centralt placeret hotel. Meget fin service og behandling af personalet var det største plus men morgenmaden og hotellet generelt levede ikke op til forventningerne som et 5 stjernet hotel. Kedeligt 2 værelse suite med underligt indretning af stuen. Fin udsigt fra tagterrasse men ingen bar eller drinks muligheder samt ingen indendørs områder pånær trappen samt forhallen, gør det bare til en kedelig oplevelse.

Amazing hotel!
Fantastic hotel and fantastic service! The employees are extremely nice, and the hotel is very aware of how to treat their guests. Some hotels in Southern Europe can lack situational awareness, this hotel certainly has it! Amazing experience, good location and nice rooms as well.

Super fint hotel i midten af Athen
Meget venlig og behjælpelig personale. Fin morgenmad igen med venlig betjening. Værelset var ikke særligt stort men pænt og rent, samt lækkert badeværelse. Lækker rooftop med udsigt til Akropolis. Desværre var baren lukket pga covid-19 men man kunne selv tage drikkevarer med op og nyde udsigten. Man kunne også tage morgenmaden med op på rooftop. Ligger centralt tæt på den gamle bydel. Vi kommer gerne igen

The staff was fantastic, very helpful! The room was clean, very comfortable bed and we enjoyed the breakfast. I cannot reinforce how friendly and helpful all the staff was during our visit. Great location, you are on the pedestrian walkway and only minutes from a key market area, plenty of shops and restaurants available. The view from the roof top dining is spectacular.

Great place to stay as it is central to all the things we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful and Dorothy at the roof top cafe, we outstanding and very personable. She made our dining experience very special. Kudos to Dorothy. Very beautiful view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Athens. Thanks for making our first trip to Athens so memorable.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The hotel staff all helpful, Dmitri was especially helpful with great recommendations in both Athens and Santorini. Wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Pinnacle Athens for four nights recently, and then returned for one additional night before our flights out of Athens. We really enjoyed the Hotel. It is beautiful inside. I love all the unique pieces of art in the stairwell. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, helpful and kind. We really liked how close it was to walk to all the most popular things to see in Athens. We felt very safe here as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Plus I really liked the complimentary items we were given upond check in. Specifially the bottle of wine.

The hotel is located a short walk from attractions,shopping. and many fantastic restaurants. The best feature of the Pinnacle is their service. From the time we arrived to the time we left, staff were amazingly helpful. We will definitely return.

Great hotel right in the middle of the historical district with easy access to all the sights - the Acropolis, the Agora, the Botanical Garden. Amenities and balcony views were amazing, breakfast was beyond fantastic, the staff were super helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating in every way. Great place, would stay there again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pinnacle Hotel, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the level of service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff. What truly set the Pinnacle Hotel apart was the exceptional hotel staff. From the friendly front desk receptionists to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. The level of customer service was truly unparalleled, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the well-being and satisfaction of their guests.

we had a very serious family health emergency, and this hotel was unwilling to work with us in any regard. We did not expect a full refund, but perhaps a credit to use, I even offered to come during the busy season and we could not get any cooperation.

Very cute boutique hotel. Everything walkable. Staff were amazing. The only thing negative was the lack of any English tv, we called front desk and they came up but couldn’t access it either. After an all day walk about we had hope to catch up on some news and events., other then that it was a great hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are super helpful (Yiota, Vassilli, Alex and the lady who runs the restaurant on the 8th floor in particular). Located in the Plakka district it is conveniently located for The Acropolis (15 minutes walk) and other ancient sites. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable. The roof terrace, with a view directly to the Acropolis, was a particularly welcome quiet space to read/relax and have a drink after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend staying

The concierge was the best part. Very friendly upon arrival and checkout. I was *upgraded* to a suit on the second floor, which didn’t feel like an upgrade because the busy and loud street was just outside. It wasn’t terrible enough for me to complain so I didn’t but I also didn’t want to seem like an entitled American. I understand it’s a city but that, to me, was a downgrade, even if the space was slightly larger.

The entire staff is a jewel! Friendly, informative, personable, efficient, and always eager to provide a top notch experience. The rooftop is beautiful with an astounding view of the Acropolis, the Parthenon, and the Temple of Venus. An easy saunter to Monastiraki and the Plaka, with plenty of restaurants and bar/cafes along the way. Will be our “go to” base in Athens!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 rooms and each were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One night i was cold and text the front desk and within a few minutes they knocked on the door with a blanket. The location was perfect, everything walkable. Would stay here again!
