The Nine Muses: Thalia is a luxury studio featuring one double bed, one fully equipped bathroom, and a small kitchen with a sink and small appliances like espresso machine. The studio is on the top floor of the complex, offering breathtaking city views and a spacious private terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful sun or your morning cup of coffee. The studio also offers free WiFi and air conditioning for optimal comfort, and is ideally located just 850 meters from the closest Metro Station. The space exudes a modern and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a relaxing experience for guests. Situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Exarcheia, The Nine Muses: Thalia Studio provides easy access to iconic local landmarks and attractions. Rising majestically above Athens, Lycabettus Hill is just 1,4km away and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the Aegean Sea. Also located just a short distance from the studio, Pedion tou Areos is one of the largest parks in Athens. This beautiful green space offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, with walking paths, playgrounds, and recreational areas. It's a great spot to relax, have a picnic, or enjoy outdoor activities. Other local landmarks are the National Archaeological Museum, a treasure trove of ancient Greek artifacts, and Exarcheia Square, a vibrant hub known for its alternative and artistic character. The square often hosts cultural events, live music performances, and street art exhibitions, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
