The Space:
The ample space studio is designed to comfortably accommodate a couple with a child or 3 adults.

In the living area, a large armchair which turns into a single bed and two design coffee tables are situated in front of a wide balcony door. At the shorter leg of the “L”, a single step takes you up to the wood-floored sleeping area with its double bed and the attractive bathroom furnished with a shower stall.

A good sized three-door clothes closet and the shelves located in the living area complete the layout. The balcony wraps around the two sides of the studio and can be used as a sitting area during the summer, as well as for hanging laundry.

The studio is equipped with A/C, a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi Internet connection; bed linens & towels are provided, along with a complimentary toiletries' welcome pack.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is located on Mavromichali street, in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue. It’s a typical Athenian residential neighborhood, where everything you need is just a few minutes away.

On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cozy Italian grocery store-café, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine along with a small bite to eat. A pharmacy is located just across the street, while a supermarket and a small traditional Greek taverna are only a 2-minute walk away. Several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and a variety of other stores are also within a short walking distance. Bus station is around the corner.

Just a 5-minute walk to Kallidromiou street brings you to the weekly Saturday street market (laiki), offering fresh fruits, vegetables, and a variety of local food products directly from producers and farmers.

In the summer, there are two open-air cinemas in the neighborhood, just 2-3 minutes away on foot.
