Feriehuse i Astana

"The property was great. The only problem being the television only had YouTube."

"It was a good experience. I was nicely surprised. Everything was sparkling clean. The crib was great and had nice kids bedding. Breakfast was well served and there were options for each taste. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend!"

"Excellent Hotel with all necessary facilities. Close to the Business area of Astana, and to the Center of Shopping. Facilities are very good and flexible for reservation with short notice. Staff in the hotel is very friendly, and very good in English. Lounge area, Bar and restaurant is excellent, and the Breakfast is superb. Will definitely be recommended to colloquies and business assosiates."

"Meget venligt personale. Temperaturen på værelset var dog lidt højt, og vi kunne ikke finde ud af at få skruet ned. Køleskabet var lukket inde i et skab, og kølede derfor ikke særligt godt."

"Fantastic experience. Great service, and great rooms. "

"Location is central and convenient. Clean and quiet. Need to improve bed quality and maintain curtains and toilets. Staff very helpful and welcoming"

"Very central location and in walking distance of many sightseeing options. The hotel is old and could use an update, but is it good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the room is very small and sometimes there are no tables left. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this hotel if I visit Astana again"

"The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows. Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again."

"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

"La habitación es amplia, y el desayuno es bueno. La zona también es buena, pues está en una avenida grande. El costo es muy bueno también."

"Flot hotel, meget central. Manglede vejledning fra personale ved check in, nok grundet sprog barriere. Det vil være godt med info på engelsk. "

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"

"Fint indrettet hotel. Roligt. Rent. Pool, motionscenter så fine ud. Restaurant var rigtig god. Morgenmad udmærket/rigtig god Hotellet ligger lidt (50 min gang) uden for centrum. Udmærket vej /fortov at gå på hele vejen. (Taxa er også en billig mulighed) Fint standard hotel. Hjælpsomt personale. Vil gerne bruge hotellet igen."
